PURPOSE:To obtain a vibration-damping polyester resin composition and molding having excellent vibration-damping properties without detriment to the heat resistance and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:This polyester resin composition consists of 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising a mixture of 60-99wt.% thermoplastic polyester resin and 40-1wt.% polyorganosiloxane graft copolymer, 5-150 pts.wt. fibrous reinforcing material, and 5-60 pts.wt. flaky reinforcing material; and the polyester resin molding is obtained from the composition and has an intrinsic damping capacity of at least 5.0%.
