On a toolhead (2) with a turret tool holder, a first cutting unit (11) is arranged transversely to the axis (4) of rotation and a second cutting unit (15) is pivotably arranged about a perpendicular axis (16). The second cutting unit (15) can be pivoted from a withdrawn rest position at the tailstock-side of the toolhead (2) into a working position in front of the toolhead (2), in which the work spindle of the second cutting unit runs parallel to the axis (4) of rotation. The second cutting unit does not need a separate drive; on the contrary, it is able to come into engagement with the first cutting unit by means of a coupling when pivoting through 180 DEG into the working position, so that the drive of the first cutting unit can also drive the second cutting unit. <IMAGE>
