Arrangement for measuring, evaluating and indicating on a central data display device in technical units and as energy costs as instantaneous value, consumption over relatively large intervals such as day or month for the essential domestic energy consumption of heating oil, natural gas, electrical energy, water and so forth, characterised in that the flow rates of liquid substances such as oil and water are determined via float-type flow meters and the consumption of electrical energy is determined by means of moving coil dynamometers, a measure of the respective consumption being supplied by the penetration of an inductive sensor into a measuring coil, which measure is supplied by carrier frequency via the domestic electrical installation to a data acquisition, computer and data display system which can be installed at any point by plug-in socket connection. <IMAGE>
