PURPOSE:To enable the half closing test of an optional regulating valve without fluctuating a control input in the operation of a steam turbine, by providing a manual valve tester in the regulating valve operating mechanism of the turbine. CONSTITUTION:A lever 13, which is connected to the drive levers of plural steam regulating valves, and a pilot valve 14, which controls the supply and draining of pressure oil to and from a valve-driving servomotor, are coupled to each other by a piston 23 and a connecting rod 26 which slide in a secured bushing 24. To conduct the half closing test of the regulating valve, a testing wheel 31 is turned to push down a rod 29 to push down the piston 23 through a lever 26b against a spring 25. At that time, the connecting rod 26 does not move and the pilot valve 14 descends to cut off the pressure oil supply to the hydraulic servomotor to half close the regulating valve. Since the input section (left-hand end) of the lever 13 does not move in the test, a control input is not fluctuated. |
