PURPOSE:To generate a great amount of uniform and minute liquid drops by providing a cylindrical oscillator supported by an ultrasonic wave oscillator in the downstream of an injection valve for changing the exciting frequency of the ultrasonic wave oscillator at a fixed period. CONSTITUTION:A mixing cylinder 8 is provided with a little expanded part on the upper stream side of a throttle valve 9, and on this expanded part, an ultrasonic wave oscillator 11 is fitted and fast fixed from the external shell part. On another end of the ultrasonic vibrator 11, a ring-oscillation part 12 is fast fixed, and the center of this ring-oscillation part 12 is fitted to the central axis of the mixing cylinder 8. Meanwhile, the mixing cylinder 8 is bent into an L-shape in the upper part, and to the bent part, an injection valve 13 is inserted and fixed from the external shell. When the resonance point of the ring oscillator 12 is slid by the change of the weight, the frequency of the ultrasonic wave oscillator 11 to excite the ring oscillator 12 is changed by the amount of minute liquid film. Thereby, the accumulated liquid film is atomized in an instant by the change of frequency, and the formation of liquid film is removed. |
