摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which is capable of executing an exact constant speed control by a simple circuit constitution, by constituting so that an arm which can move forward and backward is rotated, the rotating speed is controlled by detecting the length of the arm and the inclination in the welding direction, and also an exact profile is executed. CONSTITUTION:In a control part 27, a welding speed V, etc. are set by a setting device 18, are inputted to an operation controlling circuit 20, and also are utilized through a storing circuit 19. Also, arm length R and costheta are inputted from a potentiometer 23 for detecting R and an open type potentiometer 24 for detecting a welding direction theta, respectively through an input/output interface circuit 21, a necessary angular velocity of an arm is derived from these inputs, and a rotation driving motor 25 of the arm is controlled. Also, as for the profile control, a welding torch position to a groove is detected by a profile detector 22, and an arm forward and backward moving motor 26 is controlled so that the arm moves forward and backward at a constant speed.
