PURPOSE:To reduce the pulsation of a rotary pump by installing the swingable wheels each having a partitioning plate in swingable ways, in the eccentric supporting holes in a driving wheel and connecting a pair of pump parts having a fixed pipe body having a sliding groove for the partitioning plates inside the swingable wheels so that the pulsation phase is made reverse. CONSTITUTION:A pair of eccentric supporting hole parts 51 and 52 are formed with each direction of eccentricity different by 180 deg., in a driving wheel 7, and swingable wheels 3 and 4 are installed through bearings 8 and 9 into the supporting hole parts 51 and 52. Partitioning plates 5 and 6 projecting inwardly are installed in swingable ways into the swingable wheels 3 and 4, and a fixed pipe body 2 which is arranged concentrically with the revolution axis line of a driving wheel 7 and has the sliding groove for the partitioning plates 5 and 6, intake ports 44 and 46, and discharge ports 45 and 47 is installed inside the swingable wheels 3 and 4. Since, with such constitution, each compression phase of a pair of pump chambers 30 and 31 formed by the swingable wheels 3 and 4 and the fixed pipe body 2 is made reverse, the pulsation of the rotary pump can be reduced.
