PURPOSE:To improve freedom in design and the cost of manufacture by assembling two kinds of rolling formed members with a glass receiving groove and a weather strip fitting part together with two kinds of pressing formed members forming a skin part of an upper frame and side frame. CONSTITUTION:The first rolling formed member 1 is provided, in its sectional shape, with a glass receiving groove 1b on one side of a flat part 1a of a certain length and also with a weather strip fitting part 1c on the other side. The first press formed member 2 of unequal width is welded to the first rolling formed member 1 at its both end parts B, C. Also the second pressed member 4 of unequal width is welded to the second rolling formed member 3, and a sectional shape and joining condition of these two members 3, 4 are made similar to that of the foregoing two members 1, 2. By this method, since the above-mentioned members 2, 4 are wide-angle letter L-like and straight line-like, blanking is possible without wasting material. Further, width W1, W2 of said members 1, 3 can be changed optionally and freedom indesign can be obtained. |
