PURPOSE:To assemble efficiently a titled core by being scarcely influenced by troubles in the case of supplying a tube and a fin, by supplying simultaneously the fin from a fin distributing part between respective tubes which are arranged in order, and arranging the fins required for one set. CONSTITUTION:An arranging plate 31 is pushed up onto a carrying path 14, a tube 1 loaded in a case 22 is projected from an opening 23, is dropped into each tube distributing groove 16, and also it is arranged and supplied to a guide groove 17 of the carrying path 14. Subsequently, the tube 1 of the second layer is dropped into each tube arranging groove 29, and the tube 1 required for one set of a heat exchanger core is arranged in the guide groove 17 of the carrying path 14. Thereafter, a shutter plate 27 is opened, each fin 2 is supplied between respective tubes of the tubes arranged in the guide groove 17, and the tubes 1 and the fins 2 required for one set of the heat exchanger core are arranged. Thereafter, the heat exchanger core on which the tube 1 and the fin 2 are placed alternately is extruded in front of the carrying path 14 by a push plate 32 of a fin/tube extruding part 34. |
