PURPOSE:To insert a core into an exact position without damaging a casting mold and the core in the stage of inserting the core by positioning a core holder and the casting mold with a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder device 5 is operated to move a core holder 8 downward, and a wire 19 is wound up to move a casting mold 10 upward. The guide sleeve 24 of the holder 8 is inserted into the guide bushing 26 of a guide plate 22, so that the holder 8 is positioned by the plate 22. If the projection 12 of a molding flask 11 is inserted into the positioning hole 27 of the plate 22, the flask 11 is positioned by the plate 22. Thereafter, a cylinder device 30 is operated, then the core is pressed to the released lower part and is inserted into the prescribed position in the mold 10. |
