PURPOSE:To obtain the titled metal die capable of forming under stabilizing the weight of the part of product in a form by a method wherein a reciprocating movable member, closing an air vent by detecting the outflow of a material, is provided at the outer surface side of the die. CONSTITUTION:The material is poured into the cavity 2 for the product in the die through a runner gate 7. The fore end part of the flow of the material is blown out into the air vent 4 and is detected by an optical transmittor and receptor 10 at the outflow port 4a of the air vent. The signal of the receptor is inputted into the control unit of an operation board 11 to operate a direction switching valve connected to air pipelines 12, 13 and operate an air cylinder 9, whereby the reciprocating movable member 8 is descended ane the outflow port 4a may be closed. |
