PURPOSE:To reduce the loading time, by storing a microprogram stored in an external device to a main storage device during an initializing operation for application of an electric power supply and loading the program to a control storage from the main storage. CONSTITUTION:An IMPL control circuit 7 transfers the desired part of a stored microprogram to a control storage 6 after the microprogram within an external storage 4 is stored in a main storage 2. When the storage of the microprogram is over to the storage 6, a central processor 1 starts a normal operation. In case an error arises to the program stored in the storage 6, the circuit 7 is actuated via an IMPL indicating signal line 17. Then the same microprogram in the storage 2 is stored in the storage 6. Therefore the IMPL working time can be reduced compared with the conventional system while the processor 1 is working. |
