PURPOSE:To improve the maximum output sound pressure level, by fusion-bonding the metallic bobbin of the voice coil and a lead with an inorganic adhesive member. CONSTITUTION:In a lead 1 wound on the bobbin 4, an aluminum wire 2 is processed for anodic oxidation and an insulating anodic oxidation film 3 is formed at a high melting point. In the voice coil, the lead 1 covered with an inorganic insulating film 3 and the bobbin 4 wound with the lead 1 are fusion-bonded with an inorganic adhesives 5. Thus, the voice coil is excellent in heat resistance and operates normally to a large input. Further, the maximum output sound pressure level is improved. |
