发明名称 METHOD FOR INSPECTING ELECTRIC POWER SOURCE SEQUENCE OF BUBBLE MEMORY DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To shorten an inspection time and to improve the reliability of inspection results, by giving an electric power source ON-OFF sequence as bad as possible to a device based on the timing information of each function. CONSTITUTION:A bubble moves for one cycle with respect to four waveforms of each of driving waveforms 1 of X and Y coils in a device. 2 is a replicator waveform for taking out the bubble, and 3 is its output waveform. With respect to these timings, an inspection is carried out by the timing waveform as shown by 5-8 when electric power source is off. For instance, cases when turning off in the middle of the waveform 2:5, when turning off in the middle of the waveform 3, when turning in the middle of the waveform 1 and when turning off after the completion of operation, are performed by changing them successively. Since 5 is most severe, it is so set that the electric power source is turned off according to feedback actuated by the detection of the waveform 2, and the objective electric power source ON-OFF sequence inspection is performed by controlling the time by a simple timing circuit.</p>
