PURPOSE:To check appearance of ring shading or beam shading by providing a cylindrical salient wall having a nick break around the side facing to a target of a mesh electrode while making the diameter of a transparent conductive film electrode smaller than the diameter of the cylindrical part. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of a transparent conductive film electrode 2 is made to be smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical electrode 1 while the end of the cylindrical electrode 1 is made to near a picture plate 6 made of glass as much as possible. The transparent conductive film 2 is provided with an electrode drawing out part 2 and said part contacts with indium 4 while conducting a picture signal to a target ring 5. In a degree of 1.5mm. of a gap lbetween the end of the cylindrical electrode 1 and the target, the beam shading quantity is fairly big while the shading quantity degreases rapidly under 0.5mm.. In view of insulation from voltage of a mesh electrode 3, the gap of the least degree of 0.5mm. is required. in consideration of withstand voltage, the spot corresponding to the electrode drawing out part 2a of the transparent conductive film 2 of the cylindrical electrode 1 is provided with a nick break. |
