PURPOSE:To automate correction of the shape of a blade and regulate the shape easily and quickly by rotating a device that binds the blade nearly at its center and deforming the rotating part of the blade by pressing a roller against the part of the blade. CONSTITUTION:A metallic blade 8 is set on a stand 10 by passing the rod of a rotation shaft 11 through a screw hole, held by a pressure contacting part 12, pressed by an air cylinder 16 and fixed. When correcting the surface of the blade a back side correcting device (right side) is made in a non-contacting state with the blade, and a slide plate 32 is fixed by an air cylinder 40. To fix a roller 21 at the position of correcting, an adjusting screw 25 is rotated, and a holding device 23 is moved and adjusted, and fixed with a screw. The shaft 11 is rotated by a motor 1 through a reduction gear 2, and the blade is rotated in the direction of the arrow. If there is deviation in the shape of the blade part 8', the part 8' comes into contact with the roller 21 by an amount delta, and the part 8' is pressed by the roller 21 and plastic deformed. When elastic plastic deformation is given through stress by repeating this procedure, the part 8' approaches gradually to proper shape. Back side correcting can be performed similarly by rotating the blade reversely. |
