PURPOSE:To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner superior in fixability and offset resistance, and wide and properly high in fixable temp. range, by using a binder resin made of a copolymer of at least 3 monomer units, and particles having specified diameter distribution. CONSTITUTION:The toner contains a binder resin made mainly of a copolymer having at least 3 monomer units; one being a styrene type monomer unit, and other 2 being acrylate and methacrylate monomer units. It is preferable that 50-90wt% styrene unit and 10-50wt% acrylate units constitute the main resin. Average particle diameter in weight distribution is within 5-8mum, majority particle diameter in number distribution is within 5-8mum, the number of fine particles smaller than 5mum in diameter amount to <=15% of the total particle number, and that of large particles greater than 16mum amount to <=2% of the total number. |
