PURPOSE:To provide precise transfer to a workpiece surface even in a linear pattern or pattern having portions separated by central blank, by constituting a transfer paper board for sand blast basically from 4 layers. CONSTITUTION:A board 1 consisting of 0.16mm. thick china paper has a 3mu thick paste layer 2 applied and dried on the whole upper surface. A 40mu thick bonding layer 3 is provided on this layer 2, and on the layer 3 is formed a 30mu thick pattern layer 4 screen printed. A transfer paper 5 thus obtained permits the board 1 to absorb water, dextrine layer 2 to be resolved and the board 1 to be stripped from the layer 3. Next, the transfer paper 5A having the board 1 removed is applied to a ceramic surface with water with the layer 4 being directed upward. Thereafter exposed surfaces 3A-3A of the layers 4, 3 are sand blasted. Thus, precise transfer to a workpiece is possible even in a linear pattern or pattern having portions separated by the central blank. |
