PURPOSE:To provide unmanned operation of unwinding works by furnishing a movable detent rod, which draws out the end of the material roll by means of detention, situated between a drive shaft on which the core of a material roll is fitted and a sendout roller positioned in parallel with this drive shaft with a space therefrom. CONSTITUTION:In order to unwind, first a material roll 4 is set on a drive shaft 5, and this shaft 5 is supported on a receptacle plate 3a. Then the end of unwound material 4 is placed on a detent rod 6 covered with a rubber film 6, whose outside surface is treated by enboss processing, and a pinching means 13 is laid over the material 4 and, further, the end of the material 4 is pinched by these 6 and 13. Then a motor 12 is put in operation to rotate a timing belt 10, and the detent rod 6 is moved to the right along a support frame 8 until it approaches the sendout roller 11. Thus the material 4 is sent out to over the roller 11, so that the material 4 can be now upon relaeasing the pinching means 13 set between a pair of sendout rollers 11. The setting is now ready. |
