PURPOSE:To eliminate the transmission of a vibration produced by waves to a hull of a ship at the propulsion by providing a buffer in a supporting member which horizontally holds a paddle wheel. CONSTITUTION:A paddle wheel 13 is supported to the first supporting member 15, and horizontally held by the second supporting member 17. Since the member 17 has a buffer member 16, the vibration produced by waves produced upon rotation of the wheel 13 is not transmitted to the hull 12. |
