Blade apparatus for garden chopper

The improved blade apparatus for a garden chopper has a vane blade rotating about a vertical axis which can be fed from above with as yet unchopped material, and which has projecting blades which diverge pairwise upward. The design of the vane blade is such that even relatively coarse material can be comminuted with it. For this purpose, inward-angled, oblique sections which rise towards the axis of rotation and have cutting edges at the front in the direction of rotation are arranged on the vanes of the vane blade.
