PURPOSE:To obtain the outputs of multiple modes by reducing the number of external connection terminals with a plurality of transistors which are composed so that the combinations of conduction and non-conduction at biasing time are different. CONSTITUTION:Transistors Q2, Q4, Q6 are provided so that the combinations of conduction and non-conduction at biasing time are different by floating at least input terminals and biasing them at the first or second voltage point, and the outputs of the transistors Q2, Q4, Q6 are inputted to a decoder 20. The output of the decoder 20 is applied to a frequency divider 14 which is connected to a reference frequency oscillator, thereby controlling the frequency dividing ratio. |
