PURPOSE:To decrease the converting time and to attain the conversion with high accuracy, by providing a switched capacitor circuit in which a injection circuit performs charge-injection twice during one control clock period for the control of the injection circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an output voltage of an integration circuit 15 exceeds the threshold value of a comparison circuit 16, a clock control circuit 17 generates control clocks phi1, phi2 to analog switches Sr1, Sr2 of a reference charge- injection circuit 13. In synchronizing with the clocks phi1, phi2, an output pulse is transmitted from the circuit 17 to a count circuit 18. The switched capacitor circuit is constituted such the reference charge as to be injected twice to the circuit 15 during one cycle of the control clock, taking the leading of the clock phi1 to the next leading as the cycle of the clock phi1 for example, as the period of the clocks phi1, phi2. |
