摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a dynamic characteristic in high speed with less voltage fluctuation, by adding a constant voltage generating circuit to the constitution of an incomplete complementary logical gate and decreasing a gate-source voltage of a load transistor (TR) sufficiently less than a power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:A part comprising TRs Q101-Q105 is constituted as a bias generating circuit and the rest parts constitute the basic logical gate of incomplete complementary type. The TRs Q104, 105 are n-channel enhancement TRs and the source and p-well are short-circuited. The gate of the TRQ104 is connected to a power supply line 100, its current versus voltage cgaracterustic is shown in curve D, a difference Vth between a power supply voltage VDD and the leading voltage of the curve D shows the threshold value of the TRQ104. On the other hand, when a constant voltage is impressed to a gate input terminal 51 of the TRQ105, the current-voltage charactreistic is shown in curve E. Thus, when a gate-source voltage VGS of a load TR of the basic logical gate exceeds the threshold voltage of the load TR, the value of the voltage VGS is constant.
