PURPOSE:To increase the absorptance of solar rays and surface hardness, and to improve scuffing-resisting property by forming a coating layer for absorbing solar rays on a plastic base material and forming a coating layer for protecting the surface on the coating layer in the heat collector for solar heat for domestic hot-water supply, etc. CONSTITUTION:The first coating layer 2 containing a chlorinated propylene denatured acrylic resin 4 and a black pigment 5 as binders is bonded and formed on a plastic substrate using polyolefin group plastic as a base as an absorber for absorbing solar rays. The second coating layer 3 consisting of an urethane acrylic resin curing by ultraviolet rays is formed to the first coating layer 2 to improve surface hardness. Solar rays (a) transmitting the second coating layer reach the first coating layer 2, and are absorbed by the layer 2. |
