PURPOSE:To enable a slide door to be opened in the oblique upward direction for easy access to the rear seats and ready loading and unloading of cargoes by curving the front end of a rail which a roller of the slide door engages and which is mounted to a car body, in the inward and downward direction. CONSTITUTION:A slide door 2 is supported as slidable rearward by having rollers engaged with a rail 5 which is disposed along a roof 4 of the upper part of a car body 3, a rail 6 which is disposed in the middle thereof, and a rail 8 which is disposed below a floor 7 of the lower part thereof. The front end of each of said rails 5, 6, and 8 is curved in the inward and downward direction of the car body 3. For opening of the door 2, it is elevated in the oblique upward direction and then alided backward. Since the door may be opened widely to a part of the roof, effects can be obtained as to get easy access to the rear seats and to facilitate loading and unloading of cargoes. |
