PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide the ordering amount of a raw material from the sales schedule number of merchandise. SOLUTION: A schedule number input part 10 inputs the sales schedule number of each merchandise and a merchandise/raw material constitution part 30 stores a merchandise name, a raw material name, an intermediate raw material name and the using amounts of the raw material and an intermediate raw material in correspondence. A raw material/merchandise constitution part 40 stores the raw material name, the intermediate raw material name and the merchandise name in correspondence and a raw material/intermediate raw material constitution part 50 stores the raw material name, the intermediate raw material name and a constitution ratio in correspondence. A raw material conversion part 20 uses information stored by the merchandise/raw material constitution part 30 and the raw material/merchandise constitution part 40 and obtains required amounts for each raw material and intermediate raw material required for manufacture the merchandise relating to sales schedule number change for the sales schedule number. A raw material ordering part 70 uses the information stored by the raw material/intermediate raw material constitution part 50, obtains the required amounts of the respective raw materials required for manufacturing the respective intermediate raw materials for the required amounts and obtains the ordering amounts of the respective raw materials from the final total required amount of the respective raw materials. |
