In a milling cutter head or suchlike tool which has at its periphery several recesses (2) which are open towards the cutting edge and serve to accommodate in each case a cassette (6) which carries a cutting edge, can be clamped in position and can be adjusted radially and axially, pivoting of the cutting edge about a tangential axis (30) running in the area of the corner between the main and the secondary cutting edge is achieved by the cutting edge being part of a cutting body (25) which can be fastened to the cassette (6) and which is pivotable about the tangential axis (30) independently of the cassette (6) and at the same time is positively guided by guide means. In a preferred embodiment in which the cutting body (25) roughly has the shape of a cylinder sector, these guide means are a circular-arc-shaped groove (27) which is arranged on its circular-sector-shaped underside facing the cassette (6) and which engages in a corresponding tongue (28) of the cassette (6), the radius of the circular arc starting from the tangential axis (30). <IMAGE>
