PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of a recording medium and at the same time to improve the reproduction output, by storing a center core in the recess of the 1st reinforcing core of the 1st and 2nd reinforcing cores having a nonmagnetic matter at the upper part and a magnetic matter at the lower part and then sealing the center core by means of the 2nd reinforcing core. CONSTITUTION:Both shoulder parts 37 and 37' (shown dotted lines) of a center core 3 made of an alloy magnetic material such as ''Sendust '', etc. are removed, and a coil window 34 is formed to one side of a core half body. Then a front gap 35 and a back gap 36 are separated from each other and then unified with hard solder, etc. While upper parts 41 and 51 are made of a nonmagnetic matter (glass, etc.); and lower parts 42 and 52 are made of a magnetic matter (ferrite, etc.) respectively. These upper and lower parts are unified to obtain the 1st and 2nd reinforcing cores 4 and 5. A recess 45 where the core 3 is stored is formed to the core 4, and an opening 44 and a coil window 43 are formed on the touching surface S of a medium. The core 5 is put on the core 4 storing the core 3 and unified with an adhesive 7. In such a way, the anti- frequency characteristics can be improved for a reproduction output and at the same time the wear resistance is improved for a magnetic head. |
