PURPOSE:To obtain ultrafine gas bubbles with a uniform diameter, by a method wherein a gas is introduced into a cylinder comprising a porous wall with a pore size of 50mum or less under pressure and the cylinder is rotated at a specific peripheral speed when the surface speed of the gas passing through the porous wall surface reaches 7.58m/hr or more. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus is constituted from a water tank 1, a porous wall cylinder 2 immersed in said water tank 1 and lid plates 3, 3' closing both ends of the cylinder and the cylinder 2 is rotated around the horizontal shaft thereof. The aforementioned porous wall cylinder 2 comprises a porouse wall with a void pore size of 50mum or less and a gas is introduced into this cylinder 2 under pressure while, when the surface speed of the gas introduced under pressure passing through the porous wall surface reaches 7.58m/hr or more, the periphperal speed corresponding to said surface speed is asked from a specific line drawing to rotate the cylinder at said peripheral speed. By this method, ultra-fine gas bubbles wth a uniform size of 0.1-0.2mm. can be generated even in water and a time required in reaction of a gas and a liquid can be extremely shortened. |
