PURPOSE:To obtain an injection-compressive molding machine capable of reducing the orientation strain of molding by using a system in which molding by both a sandwich press method and a micro molder method can be attained and the force of two-stage clamping can be detected. CONSTITUTION:A sandwich press method, using an in-law type mold structure, one-stage mold clamping mode where injection molding is made in a molding chamber 5, and two-stage mold clamping mode where the first mold 6 is moved by an oil-pressure drive force, is used. Molds are then exchanged, another pressing block 15 is attached to a mold fitting board 3 on the moving side, injection molding into the molding chamber 19 of the molds 17 and 18 is made by one- stage mold clamping mode, only the mobile piece 16 is moved through the pressing block 15 to the right side by oil-pressure drive force for two-stage mold clamping, and injection molding is made by the micro molder method. In the micro molder method, the need for mold clamping of high accuracy is eliminated. |
