<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled extruder capable of sending molten polymer under raised pressures without excessive rise of its temperature by providing a tandem type rotary pump mechanism provided with an eccentric rotor turning synchronously with a twin screw for a pressure raising portion in the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Two-axle screws 12a and 12b piercingly provided to a cylinder 10 are ended immediately after a vent hole 22. Elongated shafts 30a and 30b are coaxially provided to the tips of these screws 12a and 12b, eccentric rotors 32a and 32b are attached to the elongated shafts 30a and 30b, and a tandem type rotary pump mechanism 34 made up of these eccentric rotors 32a and 32b is set. When one pump chamber 36a is in a maximum discharge state, the other pump chamber 36b becomes a minimum discharge state, and thereby a dischrge pulsation is offset and a polymer delivered by two-axle screws is sent out properly and quantitatively.</p> |
