PURPOSE:To put a press forming to practical use by dividing a manufacturing process into the first process and the second process in case of forming and working a flat metal plate into a panel for engaging an article holder so as to cause no bad forming. CONSTITUTION:A station for the first process (a) and a station for the second process (b) are spatially separated from each other along the direction Y of feeding a material 4. The distance corresponds to one pitch of an oblong engaging portion. Respective ablong engaging portions go through the first process (a) and the second process (b) with a time lag. That is, the material 4 is fed one pitch and stopped. Subsequently, a form corresponding to the inmost portion is formed by a metal mold, and the metal mold is separated. By this method, the occurrence of bad forming can be prevented, and a press forming can be put to practical use. |
