PURPOSE:To have a countermeasure to the cut of a power supply without deteriorating the yield of a memory chip, by feeding the user information, a segment address and a flag bit into a block of a data segment and the user information and a block address into another block respectively. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic bubble memory device processes the information of a high using frequency through a minor loop and by an on-chip cache system. In this case, the data is processed through a minor loop for each segment. The user information 41, a segment address (a), a flag 42, etc. are fed into a block of data segments DS0, DS1-; while the information 41 and a block address (b) are fed into another segment. Then an address counter and a register are restored during the cut of a power supply with addresses (a) and (b), the flag 42, etc. The countermeasure is possible to the cut of a power supply with no reduction of the number of defective minor loops nor deterioration of the chip yield by applying a system in which both the segment and block addresses are not fed simultaneously and for each block of the segment. |
