发明名称 METHOD FOR COMPENSATING DEFORMATION OF NC MACHINE TOOL DUE TO LOAD IN HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in the number of manufacturing and assembling process by an NC machine tool, by finding in advance the amount of vertical deformation of a bridge due to horizontal movement of a saddle, adding the amount of compensation which compensates the amount of deformation corresponding to the actual moved position of the saddle to a position command value and thereby to compensate deformation. CONSTITUTION:The amount of compensation DELTAz is designed to be set on the basis of the coordinate value Zc after vertical movement and the coordinate value Yc after horizontal movement of a memory-type pitch error compensating mechanism. Next, the amount of pitch compensation DELTAZ'c of a driving section is used as the amount of compensation DELTAz, and the amount of vertical deformation of a bridge 4 due to load of a horizontal feed driving member, that is, a saddle 6 adapted to horizontally move along the guide surface 5 of the bridge 4 is found by actual measurement or calculation, thus using as the amount of compensation of deformation DELTAZc a value having a magnitude equal to that of the above-noted amount of deformation and a direction reverse to that thereof. Such an amount of compensation of deformation DELTAZc is stored in an NC control section 13 as the amounts of compensation corresponding to each interval of compensation which is obtained by dividing an interval of horizontal movement and the amount of vertical movement is compensated together with the amount of pitch compensation DELTAZ'c, depending upon the coordinate value Yc of horizontal movement of the saddle 6.
