PURPOSE:To permit the safe running of a construction machine by a method in which when one of steering handles provided on the left and right sides of a construction is operated, the other one is locked. CONSTITUTION:A switcher consisting of solenoid valves 15-17 to switch the operations of a steering device is provided to an oil-pressure circuit in which pressure oil is supplied to a cylinder 5 from an oil tank 6 by using an oil-pressure pump 4 for steering handles 1 and 2 provided on the left and right sides of a construction machine. Any one of the left and right-handed steering handles 1 and 2 is locked by opening or closing the operating switch 18. For example, when a construction machine is operated by the steering handle 1, the operating switch 18 is turned ON, whereupon the solenoid valves 15-17 are switched, an oil-pressure circuit on the steering handle 1 side is kept as an open circuit, and the oil-pressure circuit on the other steering handle 2 side is kept as closed circuit. By this, even when the left and right-handed steering handles are operated concurrently, no interference occurs between them and also no danger caused by maloperation by two operators arises. |
