PURPOSE:To obtain a desired voice output, by designating a word, a program list, or the like to be voiced by a voice instruction to perform the voice synthesis. CONSTITUTION:A key input part 1 is provided with keys for input of Kana (Japanese cyllabary) and alphabets and a mode key which switches the register mode for presetting a keyword to a memory and the start mode for starting a program with a voice. The voice inputted from a microphone is given to a voice recognizing part 2 and is converted to a digital quantity and is given to a voice recognition start controlling part 3. This controlling part 3 sends data to a computer 4 in accordance with the register mode or the start mode to perform the program start due to the voice. A voice synthesizing data storage part 6 received the output from the computer 4 and outputs voice data under the control of a voice guidance controlling part 5, and the voice synthesis is performed in a voice synthesizing part 7. |
