PURPOSE:To perform a stable temperature control by providing a control means which corrects the feed power to a motor fan in response to the inside and outside air switching status of an intake passage and environmental conditions so that the wind quantity is corrected in response to the sun light, for example. CONSTITUTION:A/D conversion signals of sensors 13-16 and the signal of an inside and outside air transfer switch 17 are fed to a microcomputer 12, which calculates a necessary blow out temperature Tao and the opening of a temperature adjusting damper 8, and also calculates the terminal voltage Wf of a blower 5 in response to the blow out temperature Tao in case of the inside air circulation. Next, in case of the outside air introduction, whether the necessary blow out temperature Tao is less than 25 deg.C or not is judged, and if not, the normal blower terminal voltage Wf is calculated, and if it is less than 25 deg.C, an optimum blower terminal voltage Vs while the room temperature is stable per the sun light quantity is calculated, then the functional calculus is performed by use of the room temperature deviation to determine the terminal voltage. Accordingly, the wind quantity is corrected in response to environmental conditions, e.g., the sun light, thereby the stable temperature adjustment can be maintained continuously. |
