PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure device, compactly designed to decrease friction for mechanical efficiency improvement, which can be actuated in whichever direction it may be set to gravity. SOLUTION: The fluid pressure device comprises a frame 23, a fluid pump 18 coupled to the frame 23, a ram 24 capable of pump moving against the frame 23 by the fluid discharged by movably coupling to the frame 23 and a fluid vessel 20 coupled to the pump 18. The vessel 20 is provided at position approaching outside the frame 23 over at least approximately 180 degree around longitudinal axis of the device. The vessel 20 protrudes rearward no other than rear end of the frame 23.
