PURPOSE:To automate the operation of a continuous true-up conveyor for a box made of foamed synthetic resin, by providing an inclined unit box true-up equipment U-shaped on the cross section and open at the top and front and by placing the equipment in a hopper so that the equipment can be moved up and down and by connecting the equipment to a chute. CONSTITUTION:A true-up equipment 2, which is U-shaped on the cross section and open at the top and front, is provided in a hopper 1 so that the equipment is inclined down formed. The equipment 2 is driven up and down by a driver not shown in the drawing, so that boxes B in the hopper 1 are trued up one by one on the true-up equiment 2. Since the equipment 2 is inclined down forward, the box B automatically slides out to a chute 4 while being directed by the opening of the hopper 1 and a guide plate 1a. The box B is then once halted by a stopper 5. An air cylinder 6 is then driven in a transverse direction to true up the box as to its front and rear. If the rear of the box B faces the cylinder 6, the box is thrusted out of the conveyance passage. The true-up and conveyance are thus automated. |
