Marking printing apparatus

A marking printing apparatus for recording media moved on in cycles, having a forme inking roller which can be rolled off on the surface of the blocks, comprises blocks which are displaceable in a translatory manner in the direction of the recording medium. In the retracted position of the blocks, the forcibly guided forme inking roller rolls off on the surface of the block. Arranged on the back of the recording medium are counter-holders which are adjustable in their position to produce a counter-pressure during the printing operation.
