PURPOSE:To maintain the inside of an oven at a constant temperature, by a method wherein a high temperature air produced as a result of the high temperature combustion is collected in the oven as long as possible, and after an effective heat energy is sufficiently used, such air is exhausted to the outside, and concurrently, a cold secondary air is prevented from entering the oven. CONSTITUTION:After a temperature regulator 40 is set to a specified temperature, a switch of a blower 23 is turned ON to mix together combustion gas and the air for combustion fed from the blower 23 by means of a low pressure mixer 22 to produce a mixture gas requiring no secondary air. The mixture gas is supplied to burners 4 and 5, located at an upper part and a base part at the inside of a gas oven, at a low pressure approximately equivalent to a natural draft. The air, heated to a high temperature by combustion, is gathered in the upper part at the inside of the gas oven to produce an atmosphere heat, and the occurrence of a natural convection causes the high temperature air to descend onto a heat plate 6 to bake a substance to be baked on the heat plate 6. After the high temperature air is brought into contact with the substance to be baked on the heat plate 6 for baking, a low temperature air, being unserviceable to baking, is exhausted to the outside from an exhaust port 3 after passing through a rear exhaust passage from exhaust holes 12a and 12b. |
