PURPOSE:To perform cutting blade grinding, thinning, and relieving angle grinding simultaneously, by providing grinding stones having conical grinding surfaces on two parallel motors, gradually expanding the distance between the centers of the grinding stones with the rotation, and lifting the grinding stones. CONSTITUTION:A chuck body 28, which holds a twist drill W, is fixed to a fixing plate 30, which is supported by a post 29 on a lower table 1 of a main body, so that the body 28 is aligned with the shaft center of a central shaft 11. Right and left groove cams 8, which are symmetrical with respect to the center of the shaft 11, are cut in a cam plate 17. A boss part 24a of a motor mounting table 24, to which each motor 23 is vertically fixed, is slidably attached to the lower surface of a cam 17a. To the upper ends of the output shafts of the motors 23, flat borazan grinding stones 26, whose grinding surfaces are of a conical shape, are fixed. A grinding lever 12 is turned, the distance between the centers of the grinding stones 26 is expanded, the cam plate 17 is lifted at the same time, and the motor 23 is lifted as a unitary body. Thus, the cutting blade grinding, relieving angle grinding, and thinning can be simultaneously performed by the grinding surfaces of the grinding stones 26. |
