CONSTITUTION:When hydrous high molecular weight water soluble polymer (rubber type elastic body) such as acrylamide, acrylic acid, etc. is broken by a cutting mill into fragments, two cutting mills A, B are arranged up and down and connected with each other, the hole diameter of a screen 6 of the upper cutting mill A is made larger than that of the screen 6' of the lower cutting mill B and the former is 10-25mm. while the latter is 7-15mm.. The air is sucked from the lower outlet of treated fragments and made of flow in the upper and lower cutting mills A, B and the passage in the same direction as the treated dust flows.
