PURPOSE:To provide an injection molding method, by which the generation of flash is scarce and the removal of a molded item from a mold is easy and which is excellent in productivity, by a method wherein ingredients are mixed, heated, injected and cured under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:Especially preferable composition of addition reaction type liquid silicon rubber is composed of: (A) organopolysiloxane having at least two lower alkenyl groups in one molecule, (B) organopolysiloxane having at least two hydrogen atoms bonded with silicon atom, and (C) platinum-based catalyst. Above-mentioned ingredients of liquid silicone rubber composition are mixed in order to make the liquid silicone rubber composition under low temperature. The mixing temperature is preferably within the range of -60-+5 deg.C, more preferably within the range of -30-0 deg.C. In addition, the resultant liquid silicone rubber composition is injected in a mold set in the range of +25-+100 deg.C, preferably in the range of +40-+75 deg.C in order to be cured. |
