Microcapsules enclosing a pharmaceutically active substance, characterised in that the external wall of the microcapsules is obtained by interfacial reticulation of proteins of milk with the aid of a reticulation agent in particular consituted by a bifunctional acylation reagent or by a dialdehyde such as glutaraldehyde.
