PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier with an exothermic composition to generate steam, capable of easily fitting a face surface and keeping a high humidity between the face surface and the humidifier for a long time. SOLUTION: A central non-exothermic zone 2 to be a flexible zone is provided between a pair of inner exothermic zones 3 and 3 having the exothermic composition, and a side non-exothermic zones 4 and 4 to be flexible zones is provided between the inner exothermic zones 3 and 3 and an outer exothermic zones 5 and 5. Transforming of the flexible zones enables a humidifier 1 to easily fit the face surface, and steam generated from the inner exothermic zones 3 and 3 and the outer exothermic zones 5 and 5 moisturizes the face surface.
