The present invention relates to new pyridine derivatives of formula: wherein R1 is an alkyl or an alicyclic group, R2 and R3 are alkyls or alicyclic groups or form an heterocycle with the atom of nitrogen to which they are bonded. The invention also relates to a process for the preparation of such derivatives which have anti-arrhythmic properties and blood-platelet anti-aggregant properties.
