PURPOSE:To display an arbitrary temperature pattern of an object to be measured in a display by a central processing unit, by converting an output of a scan type radiation thermometer into a digital signal by an A-D converter, and storing the signal in a memory. CONSTITUTION:A scan type radiation thermometer 2 repeates scanning of points X1, X2, X3... in the width direction of an object 1 to be measured, and a temperature T at each point is stored in a memory M via an arithmetic unit 3, an A-D converter 4 and a central processing unit 5. Next, the central processing unit 5 makes a display 6 display a plane isothermal curve of a temperature pattern at each point of an axis X1, (X2, ...) in the width direction, a temperature pattern at each point of the advance direction Y1, (Y2, ...) of the measured object, or a temperature pattern on X and Y axes, according to the content of the memory M. A picture in the display 6 can be copied by a hard copy machine 7 as occasion calls. |
