PURPOSE:To enable to raise the rise of a motor and to rapidly stop the motor at the stopping time by varying the frequency dividing ratio of dividing the frequency of a signal to be compared in phase between at the starting and stopping times of the motor. CONSTITUTION:When a start key 19 is operated, ''180'' of the frequency dividing ratio data is inputted from an ROM16 to a frequency divider 11, a reference signal of 24kHz which is divided in frequency by 180 deg. from the output of a demodulated clock signal generator 6 which self-oscillates 4.3218MHz is thereby inputted, the phases of the both signals are compared, but since the output of the divider 11 is delayed from 27kHz of the reference signal, a phase comparator 8 outputs an error signal to raise the rotation of a motor 14. Accordingly, the rotating speed of the motor 14 is accelerated by a motor drive circuit 13, thereby raise the rise of the motor. |
